Debbie Savage, RN, BSN
President
Debbie Savage is a Registered Nurse and the founder and president of Responsive Home Care in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She assures that proper protocol is being followed in all levels of client care. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she moved to South Florida in 1981. With a long history of caring for the elderly and those in need, Ms. Savage started her career in Assisted Living in 1981. She co-owned and managed multiple Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in the South Florida area and started her home health agency, Responsive Home Care, in 1994.
Genevieve Galindo, LPN
Executive Director
With over 15 years of experience in geriatric and crisis care nursing, Genevieve brings deep compassion and expertise to her role. A proud U.S. Army Veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom, she is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, veterans’ affairs, and women’s empowerment. Born and raised in the Philippines, she holds degrees from Sheridan Institute and Florida International University. Outside of work, she finds joy in family time with her husband and their two bright and talented children, gardening, and giving back to others.
Monica Seay, MSN, RN
Director of Client Care
Monica is a nursing leader who has served as a healthcare executive with a strong record of operational leadership and service excellence. She has extensive experience strengthening clinical environments and elevating the patient and team member experience. As an RN, Monica always keeps the patient’s care and experience as the focus for the teams she leads.
Monica is originally from Nebraska. She earned her BA in Biology from Texas Christian University followed by a BS in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco.
Monica began her career as a home health nurse and found a passion for leadership. As a nursing leader she oversaw various home health organizations, including the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She was then promoted to Director of Ambulatory Services at UCSF and, 6½ years later, promoted to Executive Director of Hospital Operations at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. She built her expertise in operational disciplines that enable safe, high-quality care. Monica is recognized for building high-performing teams, improving operational reliability, and delivering compassionate services to patients and families.
Laurie Daniels, RN
Client Care Nurse
Laurie brings over 35 years of experience in both mental health and medical nursing. She spent 17 years working in the hospital setting before discovering her true passion in home care. For Laurie, home care is more than a profession; it is a calling. She is dedicated to assessing each individual’s needs to ensure safety, comfort and quality of life to help patients remain in the homes that they love. Alongside her husband of 34 years, Michael, Laurie also devotes time supporting the Make A Wish Foundation. Outside of her professional and volunteer work she treasures moments with family enjoying museums and the beach. A deep appreciation for nature and discovering new places of beauty inspire and fill her heart.
Nanciny Desmornes, RN
Clinical Care Nurse
Nanciny Desmornes, RN, is a dedicated healthcare professional whose passion for nursing is rooted in a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of her patients.
Originally from Delmas, Haiti, Nanciny moved to the United States in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management. She later discovered her calling in healthcare, beginning her nursing journey as an LPN before advancing her education and earning her RN degree.
Throughout her career, Nanciny has gained experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including geriatric care, home health, ambulatory surgery, and as a Patient Safety Officer, reflecting her commitment not only to patient care but also to creating safe, healthy environments for both patients and healthcare professionals.
For the past 12 years, Nanciny has been an integral part of Responsive Home Health. She is dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while ensuring that patients and their families feel heard, supported, respected, and valued.
Nanciny believes that nursing is more than providing medical care—it is about building trust, offering compassion, and making every patient feel truly cared for.
