Debbie Savage, RN, BSN
President
Debbie Savage is a Registered Nurse and the founder and president of Responsive Home Care in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She assures that proper protocol is being followed in all levels of client care. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she moved to South Florida in 1981. With a long history of caring for the elderly and those in need, Ms. Savage started her career in Assisted Living in 1981. She co-owned and managed multiple Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in the South Florida area and started her home health agency, Responsive Home Care, in 1994.
Genevieve Galindo, LPN
Director of Marketing and Business Development
With over 15 years of experience in geriatric and crisis care nursing, Genevieve brings deep compassion and expertise to her role. A proud U.S. Army Veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom, she is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, veterans’ affairs, and women’s empowerment. Born and raised in the Philippines, she holds degrees from Sheridan Institute and Florida International University. Outside of work, she finds joy in family time with her husband and their two bright and talented children, gardening, and giving back to others.
Aleksandra Kharitonova, RN, BSN
Administrator
Aleksandra is a Registered Nurse and Administrator at Responsive Home Care. Since earning her degree from New York University in 2011, she has devoted her career to home health, holding multiple leadership positions across New York and South Florida. In her role at Responsive Home Care, Aleksandra oversees daily operations while working closely with clients to ensure they receive the services needed to maintain optimal health. She remains deeply involved in every aspect of the agency, continually supporting its mission and advancing best practices within the organization.
Dihara Guzman, MBA
Community Liaison
With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare administration and human resources, Dihara brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for connecting people with quality care. Throughout her career, she has led teams, streamlined operations, and strengthened relationships between providers, patients, and community partners across South Florida.
At Responsive Home Care, Dihara serves as Community Liaison, focusing on building meaningful connections, supporting families, and ensuring our services meet the highest standards. Originally from Puerto Rico and a proud U.S. Navy spouse, she combines her multicultural perspective with a deep commitment to serving others throughout our community. She also holds an MBA in Management and Strategic Leadership, which enhances her ability to develop innovative strategies and support the organization’s mission.
Laurie Daniels, RN
Client Care Nurse
Laurie brings over 35 years of experience in both mental health and medical nursing. She spent 17 years working in the hospital setting before discovering her true passion in home care. For Laurie, home care is more than a profession; it is a calling. She is dedicated to assessing each individual’s needs to ensure safety, comfort and quality of life to help patients remain in the homes that they love. Alongside her husband of 34 years, Michael, Laurie also devotes time supporting the Make A Wish Foundation. Outside of her professional and volunteer work she treasures moments with family enjoying museums and the beach. A deep appreciation for nature and discovering new places of beauty inspire and fill her heart.
Naz Ibragimov, RN
Client Care Nurse
Naz is a Registered Nurse at Responsive Home Care, where he leads consultations, reassessments, and quality assurance to uphold the highest standards of care. Drawing on years of patient care experience, he is passionate about helping clients remain safe, healthy, and comfortable in their homes. Known for his compassionate approach and keen attention to detail, Naz is driven by a genuine calling to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he cares for.
